LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – APRIL 2024

Philip Tweedie & Company is a well established local estate agency known for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. As we continue to expand, we’re eager to welcome a motivated Lettings Negotiator and whilst experience is preferred, it is not essential – we value enthusiasm, dedication and a willingness to learn.

The role will involve:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a vital role in matching clients with their perfect rental properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting viewings of available properties to prospective tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiating rental agreements and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the letting process.
• Generating new and repeat business opportunities.
• Processing tenancy applications and negotiating lease documents.
• General involvement of all aspects of the managed portfolio to include check in/out reports, maintenance issues, rent collection, inventory preparation and regular property inspections.
• Assisting the Block Management department as required but not limited to site inspections, dealing with maintenance issues and general queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with general IT skills.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and access to your own car.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Alternate Saturdays: 10am to 12pm

Salary:

Dependant on Experience
